We will try our best to assist you if you would like to amend your order before it’s processed/mailed out. However, it couldn’t be done if your order has already processed / mailed.

No, you don’t. You may choose to check out your shopping cart as guest. However, register an account with us will save the troubles for your future purchase as your billing and shipping details will be saved under your account so you won’t need to key in all again at your next purchase.
In your shopping cart page, simply key in your code at the Discount Code / Gift Card field and click “Apply” before proceeding on to check out.
Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
Payment
We accept payment via ipay88 (Local Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Cards and e-Wallet).
For International order (except Singapore), please contact us at help.haromaxsignature@gmail.com for other payment details.
Choose “ipay88” as your payment method upon check out. We would direct you to ipay88 website to proceed with your payment.
Shipping & Delivery
We will mail out your parcel within 1-4 working days after your payment being verified.
An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
For all Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using express
West Malaysia 1 – 5 working days
East Malaysia 5 – 12 working days
For Singapore orders, which takes 8 – 12 days to reach.
Remarks: The above delivery days do not include any unforeseen occurrences
Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
We provide COD and self collection yet at our retail store or contact us via WhatsApp 012-2192522 to confirm the collection location.
